EULA - End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT--READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("EULA")
is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and
SIGMAPI DESIGN for the SIGMAPI DESIGN software product
accompanying this license agreement,
which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online"
or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT also includes any updates and supplements
to the original SOFTWARE PRODUCT provided to you by SIGMAPI DESIGN.
By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install,
copy, or otherwise use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

SIGMAPI DESIGN reserves the right to alter any part of this license
agreement, as well as the registration price, and distribution method,
of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT at any time without prior notice.

SHAREWARE SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

This software is not free.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be EVALUATED by UNREGISTERED USERS
without charge for a period of thirty (30) days.
The continued use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT by UNREGISTERED USERS
for any length of time beyond the initial thirty (30) day evaluation
period is an unauthorized, illegal use of the software for which you may
be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:

You are entitled to install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
on a maximum of two (2) computers at any one time.
This means that you can use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT at home,
or at work, as long as the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is not used on
more than one (1) computer at a time.

You may also store or install a copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
on a storage device, such as a network server,
used only to install or run the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on your other computers over an internal network.

2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation,
and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Rental. You may not rent, lease or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Trademarks. This EULA does not grant you any rights
in connection with any trademarks or service marks of SIGMAPI DESIGN.

Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights,
SIGMAPI DESIGN may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

3. UPGRADES.

All available upgrades of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are FREE to REGISTERED USERS.

4. COPYRIGHT.

All title and intellectual property rights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
(including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, and text incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT),
the accompanying printed materials,
and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by SIGMAPI DESIGN.
All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content
which may be accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected
by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties.
This EULA grants you no rights to use such content.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by SIGMAPI DESIGN.

5. PRODUCT SUPPORT.

REGISTERED USERS are entitled to unlimited technical support.
UNREGISTERED USERS may receive technical support,
but it is not obligatory.
Technical support is provided via E-Mail ONLY.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided "AS IS"
without warranty of any kind expressed or implied.
The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
remains with you.

Neither SIGMAPI DESIGN nor anyone else who has been
involved in the creation, production or delivery of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT
shall be liable for any direct, indirect,
consequential or incidental damages (including damages for loss of business profits,
business interruption, loss of business information, and the like)
arising out of the use or inability to use such product even
if SIGMAPI DESIGN has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

DISTRIBUTION PERMISSION

You have our permission to distribute
SHAREWARE or TRIAL version of SOFTWARE PRODUCT on your CD or DVD project,
web site, or other method, subject to the following restrictions:

You must not represent the SHAREWARE or TRIAL program as
anything other than SHAREWARE or TRIAL version
of SOFTWARE PRODUCT which must
be purchased after thirty (30) days of EVALUATION period.
You must include all of the original files contained in the archive/installation,
including this EULA and other installation files.
You must not alter SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
installation or its accompanying files in any way.
You must represent the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as a product of SIGMAPI DESIGN
and respect our trademarks and copyrights.
You may not charge any fee to use SHAREWARE or TRIAL version.
Charging a fee for the media or for another program contained
on the media is acceptable,
so long as it is clear to the purchaser that the fee is not
being charged for the SHAREWARE or TRIAL version of SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
You should use the most recent version available.
